Continuous belt screens are reverse dutch weave filter belts crafted from stainless steel wires. These innovative continuous (automatic) belt screens serve as a progression from traditional extruder screens, designed to effectively remove impurities from molten plastic. When utilized in conjunction with screen changers, the automatic belt filter system enables seamless and uninterrupted production, delivering high filtering performance in cast film, blown film production, and various other plastic filtering processes.
